PARK YOUR CAR & WALK TO EVERYTHING! Newly renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath second floor condo located 3 blocks from the main shopping street and 3 blocks from the beach. Very Short walk to weddings at the Reeds. Building contains only 6 condos for quiet and relaxing time.
Sleeps (max) 4: Queen bed and 2 singles. Condo contains all the essentials: full kitchen, washer/dryer; cable & internet (limited cable/TV in OFF season). AC and ceiling fans in all rooms. Renters will be responsible for linens & towels, bathroom essentials, and beach tags. Renters will be responsible for returning the condo as found prior to checking out. Renters must be 25 or older. Absolutely no pets and no smoking.
