The house includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, updated kitchen, A/C, huge TV, fireplace and more. And if you ever want to leave this house, there is a bus stop right in front of the entrance way,and the 130th street Light Rail Station is under construction just 10 blocks away!
There is a mall ( supermarket, Gym, restaurant......) only 8 minutes walk away.
