Aviate Inn is a one of kind property located in the Central Florida Region. Our aircraft hangar has a condo apartment located on the second floor above the aircraft hangar.
We are a short drive to quaint towns like Apopka and Mount Dora, and a 20 minute drive to Orlando and theme parks.
Love the outdoors? Hike the Lake Apopka Wildlife Trail, explore Wekiwa Springs State Park, or Kayak through clear waters in Rock Spring Run which are close by.
When renting the condo apartment, you have access to the entire condo apartment which contains 2 rooms with ensuite bathrooms: The Egret Room and The Osprey Room.
The Egret Room is located at the front of the condo apartment next to the staircase. If you are looking for a room and bathroom with runway and taxiway views during your stay, then this is the room for you.
This room is securable with a door and floor lock to keep your valuables safe during your stay, a Queen size cabinet Murphy bed, and also contains the smaller but unique triangular shaped shower configuration. With outside facing windows, this room does not lack for natural light. When there are multiple guests staying within the unit, the windows that are shared with the lower aircraft hangar space are blacked out as to not allow persons from the shared living space or The Osprey Room to see in or you as the guest to see out.
The Osprey Room is located towards the back of the condo apartment next to our amazing gourmet kitchen. If you are looking for a peaceful and calm vibe during your stay, then this is the room for you.
This room is also securable with a door and floor lock to keep your valuables safe during your stay, a Queen size cabinet Murphy bed, and contains the larger shower configuration of the two rooms. Please note there are no windows facing the runway, however it does not lack for natural light.

We have cameras set up monitoring all EXTERIOR doors, balcony railings and access points around the hangar. In addition, there is a camera located WITHIN the lower portion of the aircraft hangar. NO cameras face any part of the living quarters on the second floor or inside the landing pad.
