Primary booking guest is required to be over 25 with ID sent within 3 days of booking due to the caliber of the estate - neighborhood. If you are generally a unhappy person or just on holidays for a free building inspection please book with someone else.

Guests will have access to the entire home. When you book your stay please let us know upfront how many guests are expected? The lowest / base nightly booking fee includes up to 8 guests. That means if you have friends, coworkers, or anyone else that is coming into the house, they are considered a guest. As an effort to keep our rate low, we price the base of the home low, and charge more for extra people. This is done specifically to keep our rates low. Please let us know. There is a $40/night fee for each additional guest (after 8 guests), for any guest over the age of 2.

WHY SO CHEAP?
You are booking direct from one of Scottsdale's largest owners (your not paying the 30% extra commission to vacation rental agency or travel agent). You also enjoy booking with a local company with full time staff like a hotel for any maintenance or other items you may need during your stay.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in (8 AM) and late check out (8 PM) may be available for your reservation for a special reduced rate. Please inquire if interested.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All of our properties have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
ARE YOU HOMES CLEANED
Homes are cleaned and sanitized by two cleaners for approximately 4 hours between stays. Homes can be deep cleaned for an extra $95 if requested (perfect for clean freaks). Please let us know if you would like it scheduled.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Large Pool (Can be heated to 80-85* for $100/day tax or it will be the forecast night time temperature).
Recommended from October through May. Electric Pool Heat Pumps are only effective with a pool cover guests must put on / off if the daily temperatures drop below 55*.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
This property has an outdoor music system. However, the volume is limited due to local noise ordinances.
