Arguably the finest, most thoughtfully crafted residence in all of Glacier. Hosted by Luxury Getaways, every detail of this home has been designed to deliver an unmatched mountain escape.
Step inside and you'll immediately sense the difference. Reclaimed hardwood floors ground you in warmth and history, while hand-crafted custom lighting casts a curated glow throughout each room. Wood-framed windows frame panoramic forest vistas in every direction. The centerpiece kitchen features a striking reclaimed solid wood island counter, and custom reclaimed railings carry that artisan thread through all three levels. This is not a typical rental, it is a collector's property, built to a standard rarely seen in mountain retreats.

Nature: This home is located in a rainforest near the base of a mountain. We have critters both large and small that we share the land with. From Ants to bats, mice and raccoons to Bears and Bobcats, we do everything possible to keep them outside. Please do not leave food or garbage outside, as it looks like a free meal for the wildlife.
Weather: The mountains provide us with so much to offer, but predictable weather is not one of them. Please be prepared for all types of severe weather from excess heat in the summer to heavy rains in the Spring & Fall and Snow and Ice in the winter. It is highly recommended that you bring a 4-wheel or All wheel drive vehicle in the winter. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for loss of power or internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains.
Groceries: Large grocery runs should be done in Bellingham (about 45 min away). There are a handful of small mom and pop grocery stops along Mt Baker Highway and we are happy to make recommendations. Restaurants are extremely limited and are not always open during the slower seasons. Please come prepared with provisions.
Gated Community / HOA: About Snowline Community Club:
Snowline is a private gated community that borders the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest and is one of the closest communities to the Mt. Baker Ski Area. The community has numerous hiking trails both to Glacier and to the Nooksack River. Guests also have access to an outdoor community pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, children's playground and kickball field. Please note that the pool is open seasonally, and is typically open from Memorial Day Weekend- Labor Day Weekend, depending on weather. Pool is open daily from 9am-9pm.
**Per HOA rules, only 6 persons per property allowed at a time at the pool, thank you for your understanding and cooperation**
The HOA requires gate cards for guest access, has rules for quiet hours, leash laws and a no campfire policy. Parking is limited to the vehicles that fit in the driveway perpendicular to the road.
**Please note that your rental may have limited parking availability. Carpooling may be required. Parking is not permitted on roads within the Snowline, Mt Baker Rim, and Snowater Community. Any fines accrued by the HOA in regard to parking violations are the responsibility of the renter.**
Luxury Getaways is required to register ALL vehicles that will be present on the property during your stay.
Pet Policy: DOGS only permitted (no cats or other pets) maximum 1 dog allowed maximum @ $35/per pet per night
We love dogs and are glad that you're bringing your furry companion. We just ask that you please follow all of our guidelines, since this is another person's home.
1. Pet fees must be paid in advance of Check in.
2. Maximum 1 Dog allowed (no cats)
3. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds (no exceptions)
4. Pets must be over the age of 1 year old.
5. Pets shall NOT be left unattended at any time for any purpose whatsoever orwhile you are at the ski area.
7. Any damage caused by pets will incur charges for repair or replacement of structures or furnishings and must be paid immediately.
8. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise or continuous barking at a level that disturbs neighbors.
9. All guests agree to adhere to rules and regulations and county ordinances regarding leash laws, sanitation, and noise disturbances.
10. Any fines or violations will be charged to the guest.
