REFRESH & REWIND to simpler summer days enjoying poolside icy treats at this recently renovated home, stocked with comfortable furnishings (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin, and 2 Sofa beds) to accommodate up to 11 guests.
STUNNING KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances/fixtures, large center island with bar stools as well as a full dining room to ensure you have the opportunity to travel economically by enjoying home-away-from-home-cooked meals if you so choose.
We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you are booking with us and are bringing a pet please let us know ahead of time! This fee is non-negotiable for any animal.
Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $25
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $50
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $75
3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $100 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.
We have a smart thermostat in this place and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:
Summer - 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter - 60 to 75 degrees F
This is an outdoor pool surrounded by trees, it’s always cleaned before check-in but there may still be some stray leaved due to weather conditions.

NOTE that the pool heater runs during pool pump periods on a preset timer; as per our pool manager's recommendation, we do not run the pump continuously.
We provide a grill for your use during your stay. Please keep in mind that it is the guest's responsibility to ensure the grill is cleaned before use.
***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside the bungalow or in any outdoor areas***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***
