Directly across from the mill where "Shoeless" Joe Jackson worked, that at one time helped make Greenville the world's textile capital, there is no better place to soak in the industrial history of this lively neighborhood. The unique shape and position of the lot makes the home feel very private and quiet while still being close to the fun!

Children and infants are welcome, however we do not have a bathtub or any children-specific amenities (pack n' play, changing table, etc), and there are sharp corners/edges on some the furnishings, so please evaluate if this is the right listing for your family situation and pack accordingly. Guests sleeping in the 1st bedroom will have to walk through the living room, kitchen and back hall to access the bathroom (or cut through the 2nd bedroom), so we provide bathrobes in that closet for this reason. There are outdoor security cameras at each entrance but none on the inside.
