You’ll love this 1903 Victorian style home that has been restored to have a transitional cottage inspired feel. Located in the heart of Fort Collins, you will feel at ease with your travel needs with convenient access to some of the towns greatest attractions.

We pride ourselves on always sanitizing and deep cleaning after every check out to ensure a comfortable home during your stay. Our professional cleaners sanitize all surfaces including doorknobs, remotes, light switches, etc.

This house is split into a duplex, separate entrances for the upstairs and downstairs. You will have the entire upstairs to yourself, there are two bedrooms with closets, a common space with a couch and TV, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room.
