Sleeps up to four guests. The pool, spa, backyard, and outdoor recreation areas are accessible to guests of CarriageLoft and CottagePoolHouse and occupants of the Main House. Stairs are required to reach the cottage.

A separate bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, TV, ceiling fans, and central heating and air conditioning.
KITCHENETTE & BATH
The kitchenette includes a microwave, two-burner induction hot plate, dishwasher, and small refrigerator/freezer. The adjoining bedroom bathroom has a double-headed shower and a washer and dryer.
PRIVATE SPACE & AMENITY ACCESS
You have private use of the cottage, its entrance, and balcony. The backyard, pool, spa, shaded pavilion, barbecue and dining facilities, poolside bathroom and shower, game room, volleyball, ping-pong, and fire pit are accessible to guests of CarriageLoft and CottagePoolHouse and occupants of the Main House. The hosts may use the backyard, but rarely do.
POOL & SPA
The pool is not heated. The spa takes about one hour to warm up and may be used once per day; please coordinate with us.

This is a quiet retreat; parties and events are not permitted. One pet is allowed with prior approval and may incur an additional charge. Additional small dogs may be considered with prior approval.
