Off street parking, very convenient quiet street close to highway and downtown Burlington make this unit a desirable place to call home while visiting the area. Walk to grocery, health food store, beaches and hiking, or a very short drive to Close to bike path as well. Other features include heated marble bathroom floors, full tub/shower, washer/dryer. Full mini kitchen includes small freezer/refrigerator, full size sink, large toaster oven, crock pot, 2 burner hot plate, dishes/pots/utensils, keurig coffee maker and pods, french press and fresh ground coffee, tea kettle and tea. There is a very comfy murphy bed, very easy pull down-place up, and in the up position has a roomy desk and shelves that you can leave your things on when you lower the bed. Also a smart t.v. ( no cable ) wireless internet, and an electric fireplace for ambiance and additional heat.
