There's plenty of room to sit back and enjoy your surroundings in this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath private home with a brand new pool and patio.
The main level includes a bedroom with a Twin trundle bed and a full bath. A separate laundry/pantry room and fully equipped kitchen opens to a large, bright and airy dining room area. The living room area offers two large sofas and chairs to kick back and view a movie on the 60 inch TV with Bose surround sound, leading to a large deck overlooking the pool. Take the deck stairs to the pool and private patio area which includes a bathroom and outdoor shower.
