The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and just outside of the bathroom you will find a stack washer/dryer unit. Not that you want to do laundry on vacation but it is there if you need it. The newly remodeled kitchen has all you need to prepare a light snack or a full meal. Wood buring fireplace in the living area along with new TV and living room furniture with sofa sleeper. The patio has a spectacular view of Birch Bay and the ever talked about sunsets. Yes, we still stop to watch the breath taking sunsets here. There is a propane BBQ and a table with 4 chairs. The patio area goes out onto a community greenbelt area as well. While staying at Jacobs Landing which is centrally located in Birch Bay you have the use of the indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, racquetball court, and a game room for the kids to enjoy which has ping pong and foos ball tables and various games and other property amenities.
