✦ This is a PARTIAL HOME RENTAL with private use of the entire rear property including 2 separate buildings and spacious backyard.
✦ VRBO GUEST AREAS are private, not shared. Master Suite has 1 shared wall, low/seldom noise.
✦ The front home residents are aware of Guests. It’s unlikely you’ll pass anyone except in front yard.
✦ Host will notify booking guest if entry is required for maintenance (unlikely for short stays).
