CUSTOM-BUILT HIGH-END LUXURY LAKE HOME: Large and spacious, with an open concept, a high end quality build by a carpenter contractor for his family. Inside you will find hardwood flooring and vaulted ceilings throughout, with a fireplace on two levels, eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar, and dinette with walkout to the deck, or four season porch. There are four bedrooms (first floor) the Master bedroom with ensuite "full" bath, and a second bedroom with "half" bath. There is also a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer located on the main level (first floor). On the second level (second floor) there is a large family room w/ field stone fireplace, a media room with large screen viewing, and at your request a "fully stocked" Pub. This level also has a third, and fourth bedroom, together with a third "full" bath. There is a walkout stone patio, with cedar chairs, and a weber genesis grill . The property also includes high speed internet @ 1 Gig, Sonos Sound, dedicated office space, and blue tooth technology throughout. Our guests have FULL ACCESS to a three car garage together with SECURE off road parking. Outdoors there is a fire pit (hardwood provided), lawn chairs, coolers, and plenty of out door games, and green space available for play. We provide propane for grilling, lawn chairs, marshmallow forks, and plenty of firewood for our outdoor fire pit.

Just pick the time and day that you would like to be on the water, meet at the marina, load coolers, and launch. Anchor with scheduled stops to swim, take time for lunch, enjoy a favorite beverage, or snack. We even provide the boat captain. Don't forget to pack towels and plenty of sunscreen - we will do the rest.
STAY FOR A WEEKEND...A WEEK...EVEN A MONTH. Please inquire at booking to discuss discounts, booking, or special events. Our home features a complete laundry room on the main floor, and high speed internet (1 gig) to allow our guests to work from home without interruption. We also provide FREE OFF-ROAD PARKING for a maximum of four vehicles as well as a three-car garage if our guests would prefer secure and covered parking.
We ask our guests to book lodging at a THREE night minimum, with a FOUR night minimum for major holidays. Listed holiday's include Memorial day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas (Hanukkah), and New Years Day. Remember YOU are on vacation. Relax and enjoy!
