Summary: Book this now! AS LISTED! Many quiet bedrooms, very clean, comfy beds, lots of pots and pans and dishes to host an Easter Dinner for 13. Beach walkway is two houses down!The pool table and outside screened area was PERFECT for a rainy afternoon, and the swimming pool was cool when we needed it. Some pool and sand toys, beach chairs available.Downside: We had to skim the pool and clean baskets every other day due to oak tree leaves and seed pods (seasonal) and the pool guy came and shocked the pool so we couldn’t use it one afternoon. Also, another rental property next door is 3 stories and rented to college kids who were VERY LOUD Fri and Sat night, throwing stuff off their roof, Fighting, police called, obviously just a one off thing but we had a baby trying to sleep so not ideal. Cleaning team arrived 9:58am so they MEAN 10:00am!
