The lower level is a separate rental with its own entrance and outdoor space. You may have neighbors during your stay, but the two levels operate independently and are completely locked between each other.

This is a non-smoking property, both inside AND OUT. This includes cigars, vapes, e-cigs, Juuls, etc. etc. If it emits smoke or smells, please refrain from use while anywhere on the property - we keep our windows open often and frequently work in the yard and hang on the porch, and we`re very sensitive to smells emitted from smokables.
