Located directly on the North Alder Park, this cottage is in the perfect location. The covered front porch, complete with outdoor furniture, faces the North Alder Park. The park hosts a community fireplace, complete with wood and outdoor furniture. Take a quick walk to the beach VIA the Elk Creek Beach Promenade, the beautiful Pacific Ocean is just a five minute walk away!
