There are multilevel decks facing both toward South Mountain and Downtown Phoenix, providing some of the best panoramic scenery in the Phoenix area. Just to be perfectly transparent: In the summer months (June, July and August) the water runs warm as the distance it travels underground up the mountain is great. It takes a bit for it to cool down.
