Travel Purpose: leisure

Negative: The breakfast was very poor. Only bagels, cereal, juice and coffee. I had to ask for tea bags .Sub standard Continental breakfast. Room heat was not on when we arrived. Set at 50 degrees. Took 4 hours for room temp to get to 65. First room we were given was not made up. I will state that we did arrive early, But no excuse for heat to be turned of when temp outside was 30 degrees.
